Beautiful, really, this studio created by the architects of Ganna Studio in Taipei, Taiwan! We admire as much the exterior architecture fused with the historical environment as the interior design which is inspired by elements of the local and European culture. This modern design studio is located in downtown Taipei, on the first floor of a 1940s building. The project was to create a small apartment comfortable and cozy, but also to work desk functions. It was intended to be inhabited by two designers. The building is located in a former military garrison area. In fact, this district has a particular architectural character and houses in the area have tried to preserve it. There are also elements of the older urban architecture in Taipei.
The designers took into account this historical context to integrate it into the interior architecture of the studio. They kept intact the structure of the building while carrying out major renovations. The design of this modern design studio is very practical while combining simplicity and high aesthetic requirements. We have much more than a well-appointed studio to fulfill the function of a workplace. Smooth and shiny surfaces, picture windows introduce and reflect the light. Sophisticated furnishings and modern design combine with elements of local tradition to achieve this modern design studio that is dreaming.
